What is royal jelly?
Royal jelly is a treasure of nature, rich in nutrients and energy, that bees separate to feed their larvae for 3 days, as well as their queen, throughout her life.

Instructions:
From 3 to 5 years 5ml (1 teaspoon) per day, children over 5 years 10 ml (1 tablespoon or 2 teaspoons) per day, preferably in the morning before breakfast.

Daily dose (per 10 ml): 150 mg royal jelly, 100 mg pollen, 100 mg propolis, 80 mg Vitamin C (100% DHA), 50 mg acerola, 16 mg Vitamin B3 (100% DHA), 1.4 mg Vitamin B12 (100% RDA), 1.1 mg Vitamin B1 (100% RDA) and 800 µg Vitamin A (100% RDA).
